| We are an "all volunteer" organization dedicated to emergency preparedness throughout the world. We are a U.S. registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit and non-governmental organization dedicated to the purpose of educating the public about emergency preparedness. We provide resources and information for people and groups interested in increasing knowledge about disasters and first-response strategy and tactics (also known as Community Emergency Response Team "CERT" membership). |
